Returns & Exchanges

At T1TAN, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear; therefore, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the protective film on goalkeeper glove palms remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective glove films, securely into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
